Sandra has extensive experience advising on employment and industrial relations law. She specialises in helping organisations minimise reputational and financial risk in all aspects of the employment relationship. Sandra is known for her calm demeanour and practical approach. She is skilled at delivering solutions to prevent and manage conflict, with litigation being a last resort. Her approach provides reassurance and security to her clients.
