As an employment law solicitor, Sandra represented parties in workplace and board disputes before various forums. She witnessed first-hand the negative impact that conflict and subsequent litigation can have on organisations and individuals. Sandra was an early supporter of mediation, studying it initially in 2003 and subsequently receiving a Master’s in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from UCD in 2006. She also qualified as a mediator in 2006.
